It's that time of year to get into the holiday spirit and show our favorite MHS Teachers and Staff how much we appreciate them!

Bearcat Pride is hosting our annual Cookie/Holiday Treat Extravaganza on Monday, December 16th.  We need donations of cookies or other holiday treats.  Goodies need to be dropped off the morning of December 16th at the MHS Office or send them with your student to drop off.

Don't have time to make a treat?  Donate via the button below and Bearcat Pride will purchase a holiday treat on your behalf!

MHS Picture Day is fast approaching and we need volunteers to help the day run smoothly!

Picture Days are Thursday, September 12 and Friday, September 13th.  All volunteers need to arrive at 7am - check into the front office as a visitor and report to the upstairs gym (not the main gym).  Please bring a snack/lunch/water.  There will be breaks between classes but may not be enough time to leave campus.  Volunteers will receive a free basic picture package - Lifetouch Photography will provide volunteers a code on the day you volunteer.

The 2018-2019 school year is winding down and Bearcat Pride would like to give a big THANK YOU to all who volunteered this year!

This year volunteers helped out with Picture Days, ASB card distribution, 3 teacher/staff appreciation events, Bearcat Fair, Monroe School District Meetings, Monroe Public School Foundation Auction Basket, MHS Info Nights and Conferences, Spring Fling, and Concessions Volunteers.

All funds that we raise by running the two Concessions Stands on campus go directly back to the school.  This school year Bearcat Pride donated over $8,600 in Teacher/Staff Grants and gave almost $4,000 to MHS Clubs and Groups that volunteered for a concession stand shift.  We also funded $2,700 in scholarships for graduating MHS seniors.

Teacher/Staff grant included funding for field trips and group competitions, purchase of new TI-Nspire calculators, funding Bearcat U for incoming Freshmen, assistance with AP testing fees, and additional support of several departments and teachers.

Thank you to the following MHS Clubs and Groups that showed their #bearcatpride and volunteered in concessions:  Cheer, Choir, Drama, Band, Football Boosters, Basketball Boosters, Wrestling Boosters, Key Club/Kiwanis, Soccer, Class of 2019, Class of 2020, Class of 2021, and Class of 2022.
